Benefits of Water

You shouldn't doubt the benefits of water. Water is the best drink, bar none! It hydrates. It nourishes. And, there are so much to gain if you drink enough water daily (average of 8 glasses a day for average sized people).

Benefits of Water
Cures headaches, backaches and other body pains: While certain aches and pains may be caused by serious medical conditions (go see a doctor first!), it could also be that your muscles and internal organs are just dehydrated. There are several testimonies about how just upping water intake relieves headaches, backaches and other pains. If you are experiencing these, go see a doctor -- but drink more water too!

Heals your tummy: Your stomach is a very sensitive but very crucial body organ. It needs to function as it should; otherwise, you will find it hard to do even the most minute task. It is responsible for digesting your food, and getting rid of excess/ toxic waste. With the benefits of water, you can be sure that these processes flow smoothly.

Metabolism increases: Your body's metabolism is party responsible for your energy level and ability to burn fat. The higher your metabolic rate, the easier it is for you to burn off the calories that you eat. If your goal is to lose weight, then you should note that one of the benefits of water is faster metabolism.

Maintain your skin's health: Although there has yet to be a definitive study that links drinking enough water to skin health, people with healthy glowing skin generally drink the required amount of water daily.

Experience clearer thinking: Drinking enough water makes your brain healthier too. You begin to think clearly and cohesively.

If you're in the Central Coast NSW area, get your water from Water to Go. Water to Go offers the purest safest drinking water in the Central Coast. Call them at (02) 4351 0344.

Finding a The Entrance Hotel

When you have a great vacation at the Central Coast in mind, you would need to book with a great The Entrance Hotel. Accommodations at this area of the Central Coast are, unfortunately, not created equal. There are The Entrance accommodations that just aren't worth what you pay for. There are those that are too expensive. Then there are those that are cheap but are just too spartan when it comes to the amenities that they provide you with.

An affordable The Entrance Hotel is a must-find if you are traveling to the area while on a budget. There are so many things to do at the Entrance, and these would at least require an entrance fee. You can go biking, boating, fishing or diving at the Entrance NSW. You can also join an aboriginal heritage tour or a whale watching expedition. You can also visit a reptile farm or go bargain hunting. Plus, let's not forget what The Entrance is best known for: Pelican Feeding! Put together, you might want to do so many things, extend your stay, and get the best deals.

One of the best The Entrance Hotel deals in the area is Backpackers @ The Entrance. This is a backpackers place, yes. It is also a great place for families and groups who want complete amenities at a budget price.

What can you expect at Backpackers @ The Entrance?
A fully equipped kitchen
A warm, inviting dining room
Open lounge areas
Playroom, with indoor Gym
2 mins from Beach
Laundry facilities
An outdoor courtyard with BBQ
Onsite parking

Check out their website for more information and booking details: www.backpackersattheentrance.com.au.

Why We Have the Great Business Services Blog

We'd like to take this time to post about why we're even doing the Great Business Services blog. And no, it's not just about sponsorship or advertising.

We have our business partners, yes. Organisations like Outsourcing Marketing, and the Central Coast of NSW have enabled us to network with some of the best and most reliable businesses in the area. This has kept our business blog alive with fresh information about the newest players and, of course, the old timers of Central Coast business. We are grateful too that these organisations link to us, aside from getting us leads on business's who's who.

But enough about that. The Great Business Services blog actually has a vision, something that keeps us going, making us feel encouraged to keep on writing about Central Coast businesses that we believe in. And it is related to the fact that it's becoming harder and harder to find companies and businesses that we can believe.

Everything seems to have become about the money, about profit... instead of being about service and great quality. While we recognise that businesses need to earn, consumers also need to get their money's worth. Sadly, the scales are tipped. More and more businesses are concentrated on profits, not great service.

However, we found that consumers can actually tip this scale in their favor. By collectively supporting good pro-consumer businesses, we can move businesses to shift their focus. If we support only the great consumer-friendly businesses, these organisations will strive to become great consumer-friendly businesses.

We, at the Great Business Services Blog, will start by talking about businesses that have offered awesome products and services to Central Coast consumers. To us, these Central Coast businesses are paragons of fair trade. They are for-profit but they give us our money's worth.

Central Coast Rudolf Steiner School's Spring Fair 2013

Central Coast Rudolf Steiner School's Spring Fair 2013 this September 8 (Sunday) is definitely one of the year's much awaited family events. With fun, creativity and parent-child togetherness in the mix, it's an event you shouldn't miss.

Bring the whole family and enjoy a day of t-shirt painting, boat building, candle making and crystal mining. You can head to the English Village and walk amongst traditional craftspeople, and men and women in period costumes. The village is installed with traditional games, such as Sponge Toss, Coconut Shy and the Tombola Wheel. Take a stroll through the Rainbow Garden. Here, you can watch puppet shows and try your hand at fishing, bread making and fairy garden making. It promises to be a whole lot of fun!

If you get tired and would want to relax for a bit, enjoy healthy snacks and home-cooking at the Big Top CafĂ©. There’s coffee at the Courtyard Coffee Shop; or, have some tea at the Chai Tent. You can take a leisurely stroll through the Handmade Market and Craft Shed where you can purchase Steiner-inspired gifts and toys. If you are looking to do some early Christmas shopping, don’t miss this one.

One of the best things about this year’s fair is that the Central Coast Rudolf Steiner School is organizing everything with Mother Nature in mind. The school is taking measures to reduce its carbon footprint. Only reusable utensils will be used. Food is homemade and will be served in reusable wares. And everyone will be encouraged to participate in waste segregation and recycling.

The Central Coast Rudolf Steiner School is at Catamaran Rd & Enterprise Dr., Fountaindale. We just absolutely love this school and want to support them as best we can. Join us! See you this Sunday!
