Finding a The Entrance Hotel

When you have a great vacation at the Central Coast in mind, you would need to book with a great The Entrance Hotel. Accommodations at this area of the Central Coast are, unfortunately, not created equal. There are The Entrance accommodations that just aren't worth what you pay for. There are those that are too expensive. Then there are those that are cheap but are just too spartan when it comes to the amenities that they provide you with.

An affordable The Entrance Hotel is a must-find if you are traveling to the area while on a budget. There are so many things to do at the Entrance, and these would at least require an entrance fee. You can go biking, boating, fishing or diving at the Entrance NSW. You can also join an aboriginal heritage tour or a whale watching expedition. You can also visit a reptile farm or go bargain hunting. Plus, let's not forget what The Entrance is best known for: Pelican Feeding! Put together, you might want to do so many things, extend your stay, and get the best deals.

One of the best The Entrance Hotel deals in the area is Backpackers @ The Entrance. This is a backpackers place, yes. It is also a great place for families and groups who want complete amenities at a budget price.

What can you expect at Backpackers @ The Entrance?
A fully equipped kitchen
A warm, inviting dining room
Open lounge areas
Playroom, with indoor Gym
2 mins from Beach
Laundry facilities
An outdoor courtyard with BBQ
Onsite parking

Check out their website for more information and booking details: www.backpackersattheentrance.com.au.

Why We Have the Great Business Services Blog

We'd like to take this time to post about why we're even doing the Great Business Services blog. And no, it's not just about sponsorship or advertising.

We have our business partners, yes. Organisations like Outsourcing Marketing, and the Central Coast of NSW have enabled us to network with some of the best and most reliable businesses in the area. This has kept our business blog alive with fresh information about the newest players and, of course, the old timers of Central Coast business. We are grateful too that these organisations link to us, aside from getting us leads on business's who's who.

But enough about that. The Great Business Services blog actually has a vision, something that keeps us going, making us feel encouraged to keep on writing about Central Coast businesses that we believe in. And it is related to the fact that it's becoming harder and harder to find companies and businesses that we can believe.

Everything seems to have become about the money, about profit... instead of being about service and great quality. While we recognise that businesses need to earn, consumers also need to get their money's worth. Sadly, the scales are tipped. More and more businesses are concentrated on profits, not great service.

However, we found that consumers can actually tip this scale in their favor. By collectively supporting good pro-consumer businesses, we can move businesses to shift their focus. If we support only the great consumer-friendly businesses, these organisations will strive to become great consumer-friendly businesses.

We, at the Great Business Services Blog, will start by talking about businesses that have offered awesome products and services to Central Coast consumers. To us, these Central Coast businesses are paragons of fair trade. They are for-profit but they give us our money's worth.

Central Coast Rudolf Steiner School's Spring Fair 2013

Central Coast Rudolf Steiner School's Spring Fair 2013 this September 8 (Sunday) is definitely one of the year's much awaited family events. With fun, creativity and parent-child togetherness in the mix, it's an event you shouldn't miss.

Bring the whole family and enjoy a day of t-shirt painting, boat building, candle making and crystal mining. You can head to the English Village and walk amongst traditional craftspeople, and men and women in period costumes. The village is installed with traditional games, such as Sponge Toss, Coconut Shy and the Tombola Wheel. Take a stroll through the Rainbow Garden. Here, you can watch puppet shows and try your hand at fishing, bread making and fairy garden making. It promises to be a whole lot of fun!

If you get tired and would want to relax for a bit, enjoy healthy snacks and home-cooking at the Big Top CafĂ©. There’s coffee at the Courtyard Coffee Shop; or, have some tea at the Chai Tent. You can take a leisurely stroll through the Handmade Market and Craft Shed where you can purchase Steiner-inspired gifts and toys. If you are looking to do some early Christmas shopping, don’t miss this one.

One of the best things about this year’s fair is that the Central Coast Rudolf Steiner School is organizing everything with Mother Nature in mind. The school is taking measures to reduce its carbon footprint. Only reusable utensils will be used. Food is homemade and will be served in reusable wares. And everyone will be encouraged to participate in waste segregation and recycling.

The Central Coast Rudolf Steiner School is at Catamaran Rd & Enterprise Dr., Fountaindale. We just absolutely love this school and want to support them as best we can. Join us! See you this Sunday!

More than Just Water

Ok guy, meet one of NSW's great businesses, Water to Go! Let us count the ways.

Yes, Water to Go is in the water business, and they're not the only ones around. There are others like them, providing the region with the best thirst quencher. Outsourcing Partner in the Central Coast, NSW

A lot has been said about outsourcing and BPO services in the Central Coast, NSW. There are a few who frown on the idea, thinking that it would take away jobs and opportunities. Others welcome it as it comes with opportunities for growth and improved business operations.

Wherever you are in this spectrum, outsourcing is a reality. It has become a strategic option for organisations that want to function efficiently and effectively in the increasingly competitive business landscape.

And in this reality, it is not about accepting it as it is. It is about adapting, for the better. Employees who fear job loss can use this as an opportunity to upgrade their skills. Specialised skills not offered by BPO services are always well-paid. And these will never be outsourced. On the other end, businesses can use outsourcing as its strategy for growth and industry success. This is a tried and tested strategy that even big businesses, like Apple, HP, Nestle and the rest, utilise.

In the Central Coast area, a top outsourcing company is Outsourcing Marketing. This is an organised group of marketers (traditional and online) who came together to provide premium marketing services to businesses in NSW. Apart from skills and expertise honed in several companies in Australia, the group's advantage is its comprehensive approach to their craft.

Outsourcing Marketing is aware that there is no singular approach to marketing in modern Australia. Regardless of your industry, if you want to promote your product or service, you have to consider all media, especially the emerging media online. You can't put all your eggs in one basket and just zoom in one market. Your audience is spread out -- so your presence needs to be spread out to, at least in the top marketing venues.

Outsourcing Marketing can help you create and implement a marketing strategy that works for your business. Get in touch with them at 4389 4883 for more information.

4x4 Accessories and Parts by Olmate 4X4

4x4s are the muscle vehicles in Central Coast, New South Wales. These can get you through practically anywhere, from rough roads to sandy or flooded terrains. You can rely on them -- as long as you take care of them.

There's one guy I turn to for this. It's Troy Whitelam. He's the owner and manager at Olmate 4X4, over at Pacific Highway, Tuggerah. He has a team of licensed mechanics helping him in the business.

And sure, there are other 4x4 accessories and parts shops in the Central Coast, NSW. But, even on their best days, they cannot compete with the Olmate 4x4 team.

What I like about these guys is that they really know their 4x4 vehicles. They own them, use them, and do their own upgrade and maintenance. They are passionate about their rides and that's a big difference.

When other accessories shops would recommend what they have to sell, these guys sell only what they recommend. Troy makes it a point to test parts and accessories available. He knows what's best for your 4x4 maintenance and upgrade needs. Plus, he and his team can modify recommendations to meet your budget. They will find a way to make it work. You come out of their shop with a better and more powerful ride.

Olmate 4X4 is not about moving stocks and meeting quotas. (And I understand that that would be nice to -- that's why I'm all for promoting these guys!) They are about giving you the best parts and accessories, and maintenance and upgrade service – all with that personal touch.

Check them out when you're in the market for 4X4 accessories, parts and services. You can go directly to the store. Or, better yet, call them at 4351 5333 to check availability and make an appointment.

Hello World!

Ok, this is a cheesy way to start blogging, we know. But in this case, it's actually apt.

We've been writing about specific businesses lately, all located in Central Coast, NSW. And, all's good. We believe in the institutions that we write about. (We'll tell you all about it in the future.)

The point is that the Good Business Services blog seeks to get out there -- to go global! So, it's going to be a bit different. We will talk about most anything, and everything that has to do with business, services, and the technologies that make our work easier.

Our goal is to create a space to talk about what really matters to business owners, managers, decision-makers, employers/ employees, consumers and service providers.

Join us in our conversations. This is a free space for discussions and helpful opinions.
