For the most part, the Telstra Store on Wheels is about getting to know all the possibilities and opportunities now available.

As the Telstra Area General Manager, Chris Taylor, puts it: "Internet use in the home especially has increased dramatically over the past couple of years and Telstra’s fixed wireless services on the NBN will provide the bandwidth needed to get a household online using a growing range of connected computers, games consoles, tablets and smartphones…. What’s exciting many of our customers is how faster speeds translate into a better interactive experience, whether it is with family entertainment, your business or, as Hunter TAFE will showcase, furthering your education.”

Hunter TAFE, one of the leading online learning institutions in NSW joins the Telstra Store on Wheels to help demonstrate the power of broadband when it comes to facilitating online education.

Putting Together Your 4X4 Recovery Set

Your 4X4 may be tough but it can still get stuck in deep snow, sand and mad. The elements are unpredictable these days and you have to be prepared, especially if you do a lot of off-roading.

Even when you think that you don't need it yet, make sure to have recovery gears or a recovery set on hand. It is always best to be prepared.

Here are basic tips to putting together your 4X4 recovery set:
1. Pick a good shovel for your recovery kit. When you're stuck somewhere, a shovel can get you out -- or it can help to get you out. Never go without a shovel. This is the least that you can have.

2. Make sure to protect your hands too. When you're trying to get your 4X4 out from being stuck, you need to do hard manual work. Get a good pair of rigger gloves, ideally one that is made out of leather. Keep this dry and securely stashed with your recovery set.

3. A jack is a useful addition to your recovery set too. However, the standard jack may not be enough when you're stuck somewhere offroad. Invest in an exhaust jack or a high-lift jack. If these are too much on the budget, at least have a metal or wood base plate.

4. 10 to 15 meter-long heavy duty straps have a place in your 4X4 recovery set. These straps, when attached to another vehicle or a winch, can help pull your 4X4 out of its tight spot.

5. Speaking of winches, it is ideal that you study how to safely use them first before buying your own. Your 4X4 parts and accessories shop can demo proper usage to you.

You can choose to put together your own 4X4 recovery set or buy a ready set. Ask your dealer about the most reliable brands. Better yet, head to Olmate 4X4. This shop carries only the best in 4X4 accessories and parts. You can always trust the items that they carry.

Benefits of Water

You shouldn't doubt the benefits of water. Water is the best drink, bar none! It hydrates. It nourishes. And, there are so much to gain if you drink enough water daily (average of 8 glasses a day for average sized people).

Benefits of Water
Cures headaches, backaches and other body pains: While certain aches and pains may be caused by serious medical conditions (go see a doctor first!), it could also be that your muscles and internal organs are just dehydrated. There are several testimonies about how just upping water intake relieves headaches, backaches and other pains. If you are experiencing these, go see a doctor -- but drink more water too!

Heals your tummy: Your stomach is a very sensitive but very crucial body organ. It needs to function as it should; otherwise, you will find it hard to do even the most minute task. It is responsible for digesting your food, and getting rid of excess/ toxic waste. With the benefits of water, you can be sure that these processes flow smoothly.

Metabolism increases: Your body's metabolism is party responsible for your energy level and ability to burn fat. The higher your metabolic rate, the easier it is for you to burn off the calories that you eat. If your goal is to lose weight, then you should note that one of the benefits of water is faster metabolism.

Maintain your skin's health: Although there has yet to be a definitive study that links drinking enough water to skin health, people with healthy glowing skin generally drink the required amount of water daily.

Experience clearer thinking: Drinking enough water makes your brain healthier too. You begin to think clearly and cohesively.
